Chicken Hair!
It's not as weird as the name sounds... Take a little chicken, some broth, & some angel hair pasta & make something really tasty & light.
Ingredients:
- 1 - 1 lb boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 - 16 oz package Angel Hair Pasta (or 2 packets Ramen Noodles)
- 1 - 14 oz can Swanson 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
 - 2 tbsp Garlic Powder/Granulated Garlic
- 1 tbsp Parsley flakes
- 1 tsp McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tsp Minced Onion
- 1 Dash White Pepper or Black Pepper
- 1 Dash Paprika
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Preparation:
- Rinse & trim fat from chicken breasts.
- Slice Chicken breast into 1"-1 3/4" pieces.
- Pour can of Chicken Broth into 2 Qt pan. Add two full cans worth of water.
- Add all spices to broth except for Sesame Seeds.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add chicken pieces & boil for 10-15 minutes.
- After checking to make sure chicken is well cooked, add sesame seeds & Angel Hair.
- Cook until Angel Hair is tender but firm.
- Either strain off broth or eat like a soup.
- Serve hot & ENJOY!

Tip:
Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or some good Garlic Bread goes very well with this meal.
